The entirety of this software, source code, application logic, UI design, documentation, media,
and all related assets (“the Work”) is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the owner,
Payel Das.
No individual, collaborator, contributor, volunteer, contractor, intern, or partner shall acquire
any ownership, authorship, proprietary rights, or intellectual property claims over the Work,
including any part, branch, feature, enhancement, documentation, or derivative, regardless of the
extent or significance of their contribution.
All contributions of any nature — including code, bug fixes, enhancements, UI assets, comments,
design changes, configuration scripts, or documentation — are explicitly and irrevocably assigned
in full to the owner, Payel Das, upon submission.
Contributors permanently waive:
- any rights of authorship or co-authorship,
- any moral rights or droit moral,
- any attribution rights,
- any right to request name listing,
- any claim to compensation (past, present, or future),
- any right to use contributions in personal portfolios or resumes,
- any right to reuse code authored within this repository,
- any right to demand removal, reversal, or rollback of contributed work.
No contributor, collaborator, or third party may:
- fork, reuse, modify, or distribute the Work publicly or privately,
- claim ownership or list the Work in personal/professional showcases,
- extract core design, schema, UI, assets, workflow, or architectural logic,
- use any part of the Work in academic papers, demos, LinkedIn posts,
interviews, CVs, GitHub portfolios, or training content,
- assert copyright, patent, or trademark rights now or in the future.
Access to this repository, whether public or authorized privately, does not grant
license, transfer, co-ownership, shared IP rights, partnership rights, nor implied rights.
Reverse engineering, copying, translation, replication, or export of any portion of the Work is
strictly prohibited.
All collaborators, volunteers, and contributors agree that:
1. All creative, technical, functional, and architectural outputs become property of the owner.
2. No attribution, credit, reference, or acknowledgment shall be expected or required.
3. No contributor may claim or imply involvement as creator, founder, co-owner, or IP holder.
4. No contributor may continue using, reproducing, or referencing their contributions after
termination of access.
Any dispute, conflict, claim of authorship, ownership, joint IP, or creative rights shall be void,
invalid, and unenforceable, as all contributions are pre-assigned and fully owned by the owner.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action under applicable copyright,
intellectual property, confidentiality, and trade secret laws.

enhancements, and suggestions, are fully assigned to the owner.
All outputs automatically transfer full copyright and IP rights to the owner, Payel Das.
Contributors:

- may not use contributed work in portfolios, demos, academic work, or software development samples
- may not claim future compensation or ownership claims
This assignment is global, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and remains valid even after access ends.
